The FWCC (Africa Section) Triennial Conference is Underway at Elgeyo Marakwet in Kenya

The much hyped FWCC Africa Section Triennial Conference is underway at AIC Cheptebo Training centre in Elgeyo Marakwet, Kenya.

The conference started on Thursday the 28th January 2022, and will run through Sunday the 30th January 2022.

The gathering brings all Quakers around the African Continent to gather and learn more about Christ.

The theme for this year’s triennial is GROWING IN RESILIENCE AND HOPE, DRAWING STRENGTH FROM OUR QUAKER FAITH and was drawn from the book of Job 14:7-8 ( For there is hope of a tree, if it be cut down, that it will sprout again, and that the tender branch thereof will not cease. Though the root thereof wax old in the earth, and the stock thereof die in the ground; Yet through the scent of water it will bud, and bring forth boughs like a plant.)
